Set amongst the rolling landscape of the Sabina countryside in the small picturesque hillside village of Montesola you will find our trattoria. Enjoying panoramic views this is a place to relax, unwind and simply enjoy. All of our dishes are freshly made from the highest local ingredients: wild boar and home cured hams and salami, mushrooms and truffles from the woods and olive oil from the abundant olive groves all accompanied with wonderful home made pasta.
